Phulora – By TWE is an exhibition and event platform based in Pune, Maharashtra. We organize curated exhibitions at venues like Tembhekar Farm, Satara Road, Pune — providing a professional, well-managed space for small businesses, home entrepreneurs and women-led brands to showcase, sell and grow.

The name TWE stands for Two Women Entrepreneurs. It is a belief — if two of us can dare to dream, face challenges and still rise, any one of you can do it too. You are no less.

Creativity, Courage
and Unshakeable Faith

My name is Anuja Bidawe, and my journey has always been guided by creativity, courage, and faith. I completed my Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) and later pursued my Master's in Fashion Design from INIFD, Koregaon Park, affiliated with Annamalai University, Chennai. But my real journey began much before my degrees — it began with a dream.

In 2014, as a school student with big aspirations, I started designing clothes for myself. Slowly, friends, family, and neighbours began trusting me with their outfits. What started as a small creative expression became my identity. Each design built my confidence. Each appreciation strengthened my belief.

At the same time, my love for dance and stage never left me. Since 2015, I have been involved in choreography, and in 2023, I founded Nrityayushya Dance Classes — a space where passion meets discipline and expression meets growth. In May 2025, I founded my cotton clothing brand, KALA PADMAJA — built with the intention of offering comfort, elegance, and authenticity to women.

Beyond design and dance, I began organizing and managing sangeet functions, wedding décor, birthdays, anniversaries, retirement celebrations, mehendi and rangoli artistry, and even worked as a travel itinerary planner. From anchoring the Obsession Dance Studio Annual Show in 2022 to volunteering at an International Conference at S.M. Joshi College, Pune in 2017 — every experience shaped my communication, leadership, and confidence.

Over the years, I observed how many talented women and young entrepreneurs struggle for visibility, confidence, and opportunity. I saw passion without platform. Dreams without direction. That is when I made one of the most impactful decisions of my life — to create an exhibition platform alongside Vaishnavi. And so, Phulora – By TWE was born.

From Homemaker
to Exhibition Organizer

My journey began as a homemaker with a simple desire — to do something meaningful while managing my home and caring for my child. I started with cake baking, took on mehendi assignments, and completed parlour & makeup courses to grow my skills and confidence.

Determined to find stability and a business model that gave me flexibility, I opened Vaishnavi Footwear — a small shop that gradually grew. Understanding market demand, I expanded into ladies garments, purses, kurtis, ready-made dresses and custom stitching — and Vaishnavi Fashion became a trusted local brand with loyal customers over 5 successful years.

"I wanted every vendor to feel supported, organized and celebrated — the way I wish I had been when I started."

To reach new customers beyond my regular clientele, I began participating in exhibitions by booking stalls. This exposed me to a bigger platform — but also to real, frustrating challenges that vendors face every day: poor management, coordination gaps, lack of support and direction. I struggled and I observed.

That struggle became my greatest motivation. I made a powerful decision — no vendor should face the same difficulties I experienced. Together with Anuja, we built Phulora – By TWE: a mission-driven platform that turns exhibition challenges into opportunities and helps small businesses grow with confidence and support.
